Based in Indianapolis, we are dedicated to helping you navigate the complex world of U.S. Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) applications. Our team is composed of former U.S. State Department consular officers who have adjudicated tens of thousands of NIV applications from applicants around the world.

I am a retired U.S. State Department diplomat with over 15 years of experience in non-immigrant visa adjudications and management, American citizen services, human capital management, and general operations.
Throughout my career, I served in various pivotal roles across the globe. At the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, China, I worked as a Visa Officer and Non-Immigrant Visa Manager. In Mexico City, Mexico, I served as a Human Capital Manager at the U.S. Embassy, and in Mumbai, India, I was the General Operations Manager at the U.S. Consulate. After retiring from the U.S. Foreign Service, I took on the role of Immigration Manager at Amazon in Seattle, Washington.
I have interviewed thousands of visa applicants seeking to travel, work, study, intern, or join their fiancée in the United States. My expertise is particularly strong in assisting F1 student visa applicants, those with prior visa refusals or unique circumstances, and applicants who have been denied a visa waiver.
I founded Visa Consultation with the hope of instilling confidence in individuals from all over the world who have dreamed of visiting or living in the United States.
